All League members are invited to participate in the activities of the Voter Services Action Group, which also includes the Voter Protection committee.

Voter registration and education is the core mission of the League, and we work in multiple ways to do this:

  • Opportunities to assist voters in registering to vote
  • Educating voters on voting
  • Promoting vote by mail
  • Flyer distribution
  • Making calls to groups and organizations
  • Spanish Speaking volunteers
  • Printed Voter Guide Distribution
  • Voter education with high school students
  • National Voter Registration Day in September every year
  • Constitution Day Sept. 17
  • Contacting candidates in our counties to encourage their participation in VOTE411 information website

To participate in voter registration events, members must pass a 10-question certification test. There is additional information on how to become certified in the members area of our website.
